Incorrect and/or Missing Items
As a small business, mistakes are subject to happen and CX Collections take full responsibility. If you have received the wrong or missing items, please contact us at support@cxcollections.com with name, order number, and a screenshot of your order summary along with proof of what items were missing or incorrect. We will assess the situation and make it right.
Note: Products must NOT show any signs of being worn/used.
